Q: When do you ship?

A: Twice a week! Unless the product is on 'pre-order', it will be shipped out on the date associated with that 'pre-order'.  

 

 

Q: Do you ship outside of U.S.?

A: Yes, international shipping is available except for EU. Please check to make sure your country accepts international packages and that you're comfortable in the possibility of paying additional custom fees.

 

Q: What happens if my product ends up damaged/incorrect?

A: If your package has arrived damaged/incorrect please send an email over to wenwen.neale@gmail.com so we can help! 

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 

A: United States: 1-2 weeks, Canada: 2-4 weeks, South America: 2-8 weeks

Everywhere else: 4-12 weeks

 

Q: Can I add custom messages/special requests to my order?

A: Sure! Make sure to add a note to your order at the checkout page on what you want written - we'll do our best to fulfill the request. 

 

Please note CATDAD is not responsible if your package ends up missing/lost during transit. We recommend contacting your local post office first before emailing us.
